CUE is committed to maintaining fiscal responsibility for the organization and its members. However, due to incurred costs related to events, speakers, materials, and meals, there are specific time frames during which we cannot cancel services. Cancellations received on or before:
- Reg open – Dec 20th – 100% Refund
- Dec 21st- Feb 20th – 25% refund
- After Feb 20th $0 Refund
No refunds will be given on canceled registrations 30 days before the event.
Registrations are not refundable 30 days before the event for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use the badge due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies or alerts, loss of employment, and duplicate purchases.
CUE will provide registration refunds and options if CUE fully cancels the event.
Substitutions/Changes
To request substitutions for CUE events, kindly submit the original registrant’s name and the substituting person’s name to CUE before the registration deadline. Please forward these requests via email to community@cue.org, ensuring that “Conference Substitution” is included in the subject line. Once processed, the substitute attendee will receive a confirmation email and will be provided with a new login for event access. Please be aware that the original registration login will no longer be valid.
Note: Each registration is intended for a single individual and cannot be divided among multiple attendees.
We understand you may need a justification letter to help you attend the Spring CUE 2025 Conference. We have created a justification letter template for you to facilitate this process. This document will download directly to your computer.
